Chief of Engineering
Richard joined DVI in 2009 and leads our engineering efforts. Coupling his advanced education in Civil and Structural Engineering and a MBA from Chicago's DePaul University with three decades of direct engineering and project management, Richard assures our clients receive the highest level of engineering service available.
For a majority of his professional career, he has worked with the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, MWRDGC. His responsibilities included managing the District's Capital Improvement Construction Program. His role as an Assistant Chief Engineer involved him in the Deep Tunnel Project. He managed people, projects and annual contract volumes in excess of $200 million.
Under Richard's leadership, DVI is staffed to render professional engineering consulting services in the civil and structural engineering disciplines. Our expanded service areas include water and wastewater plant designs for new construction, and rehabilitation projects.
